Description Create your best future and join Infrastructure and Service Management Team as a ServiceNow Developer – ITSM Specialist. What’s the role? In this role as a Senior Developer / Developer within the IT Service Management (ITSM) portfolio, you will be an integral part of the Infrastructure and Service Management team, collaborating closely with Software Engineers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Tech Leads, and other Developers. Operating within an Agile or Scrum development environment, you will contribute to the delivery of innovative and high-quality ITSM capabilities that align with our strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include refining backlog stories, offering technical input on ServiceNow configuration and best practices, and documenting detailed designs and estimations. You will use your technical expertise to develop solutions, provide peer support and guidance, and ensure all development and configuration activities are consistent, efficient, and deliver great outcomes for our customers. What do I need? A positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL with ITIL v4 certification Significant expertise with ServiceNow configuration, customisation and administration Relevant certifications of ServiceNow CSA and CAD Strong experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs including advanced scripting of each, forms workflows, integration hub and custom Service Portal widgets Extensive functional knowledge of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Report/ Performance Analytics and Service Catalog/Portal. Knowledge of HTTP, REST, and API design best practices. Understanding of event-driven architectures. Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts. Knowledge of modern web design (CSS, HTML, etc.), JavaScript, and Angular. Proficiency in programming languages, such as C, C++, Java, Python or .NET is desirable Why join us?
