We are currently seeking motivated and experienced registered Psychologist, Social Worker, or Counsellor to join our dynamic team as Senior Consultant.
About The Role
In this role, you will:
* Provide high-quality EAP counseling and crisis response services.
* Assess work stressors and risk factors in diverse workplaces.
* Offer solution-focused interventions and support.
* Be self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
Requirements
* Tertiary qualification in Behavioural Sciences and registration with the appropriate professional body.
* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in allied health (5-10 years for Principal Consultant roles).
* Experience in short-term, solutions-oriented interventions.
* Excellent time management, report writing, and negotiation skills.
