As a Program Manager at our Alice Springs location, you will be responsible for leading a crisis support team to deliver high-quality services to individuals at risk or experiencing homelessness.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position that requires strong leadership and management skills to ensure effective service delivery in accordance with the Homeless Stream nation Model of Care and service delivery practice guidelines.
* Monitor and report on program and service delivery activities to ensure best practice and good outcomes are achieved.
* Ensure case management documentation, records, and data are collected in line with TSA policy and procedure.
* Confirm TSA risk management policy and procedures are adhered to and monitored to ensure the safety and well-being of clients, employees, and visitors.
* Monitor financial performance to ensure annual budgets are balanced and met.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Degree-level qualifications in a relevant field.
* Extensive relevant experience in a management role or equivalent in crisis accommodation.
* Knowledge and experience within the NT homelessness sector.
* A valid Working with Children Check and National Criminal History Check.
* Strong management experience and knowledge of homelessness services.
* The ability to work outside normal business hours as required.
