We are seeking applications from Paediatricians to join the collaborative and well-established team at Manning Base Hospital for a adaptable fixed term 6-month appointment. Ideally, candidates will possess Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Paediatrics) and specialist registration with AHPRA. Candidates currently undertaking a Fellowship are invited to apply.

Role details
Advertising closes 23 November 2025. Temporary part-time (0.5 FTE) appointment for 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Provide paediatric clinical care within Manning Base Hospital and associated services
- Engage in outreach work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Collaborate with a regional team and maintain strong links to major children’s hospitals
- Participate in teaching and mentoring of junior staff and trainees
- Take on leadership responsibilities within the paediatric team as appropriate
Qualifications
- Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Paediatrics) or current Fellowship Fellowship eligible
- Specialist registration with AHPRA
