Reporting directly to the Director, the Corporate General Manager will determine organisational objectives, implement corporate strategies, and direct the overall operations of the company.
This role requires high-level executive leadership across operational, financial, compliance, and workforce functions within a growing regional enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Determine and implement corporate objectives, policies, and strategic plans in consultation with the Director.
Direct and coordinate operational, financial, and administrative functions of the organisation.
Oversee financial management including budgeting, cost control, cash flow oversight, and performance monitoring.
Establish and monitor governance, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
Review organisational performance through structured reporting and implement strategic improvements.
Authorise major operational expenditures and oversee resource allocation.
Lead and supervise departmental managers and operational teams to ensure alignment with company strategy.
Develop workforce planning strategies, including contractor and team expansion management.
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and service diversification initiatives.
Represent the organisation in negotiations, supplier agreements, and stakeholder engagements.
Provide strategic advisory input to the Director on investment decisions and long-term growth planning.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' senior management experience in renewable energy, utilities, infrastructure, construction, or related sectors.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and organisational leadership.
Strong financial oversight and commercial management capability.
Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and operational environments.
Proven ability to improve organisational performance and support business expansion.
