As part of our continued growth, we're hiring a Senior Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Melbourne team.
The Opportunity
This is a senior 360° billing role suited to an experienced recruiter who wants autonomy, strong earning potential, and genuine career progression.
You will:
* Build and manage your own specialist desk
* Develop new business while leveraging existing client relationships
* Work on retained, exclusive, and contingent assignments
* Partner with leadership on key accounts
* Mentor junior consultants (where relevant)
* Drive revenue growth in your vertical
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end recruitment (business development through to placement)
* Market mapping and talent pooling
* Client acquisition and relationship management
* Negotiating terms of business and fee agreements
* Managing multiple live assignments
* Achieving and exceeding revenue targets
About You
* 3+ years' experience in agency recruitment (360°)
* Proven billing track record
* Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills
* Driven, resilient, and performance-focusedTeam-oriented with leadership potential
