A day in the life of an Assistant Manager:
- Motivate and inspire the team to deliver a genuine and ‘local’ guest experience
- Champion team coaching and mentoring, Guest and Team initiatives and day to day pub operations
- Proactively activate local events and support the Venue Manager to develop & drive marketing initiatives
- Build a responsible service culture that is centred around fun, passion and authenticity, encouraging your team and guests to come as they are!
Responsibilities
- Motivate and lead the team to deliver a high-quality guest experience
- Support Venue Manager with daily operations and team development
- Plan and activate local events and assist with marketing initiatives
- Foster a safe, fun, and authentic service culture
Qualifications
About you:
- Hospitality leadership and operational experience with positivity and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for guest experience and ability to inspire, coach and develop your team
- Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications
