ABOUT THE ROLE
If you are a highly enthusiastic and motivated self-starter, we want you to fulfil our Full-Time role of Support Officer. Reporting to the Client Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional level of customer service to new and existing clients. The role will require you to collaborate with teams across the organisation including, but not limited to, our clinics, business development, finance, systems and bookings.
DUTIES
* Managing queries and providing support to new and existing clients
* Triaging enquiries from clients and internal stakeholders to relevant internal teams
* Coordinating the onboarding of new client accounts
* Trouble‐shooting system access issues for clients
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the business
* Providing administrative and practical support to internal teams as required
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Strong administrative and/or receptionist background
* Exceptional customer service with the ability to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders
* Well‐developed data entry, Excel and MS Word skills
* High accuracy level and attention to detail
* Computer know‐how – Previous experience with a CRM is highly regarded
* Analytical & problem solving skills
* Highly organised with excellent time management skills
* Team player, contributor, and self‐motivation a must!
