We are seeking a reliable Courier/Operations Agent to join our team ASAP. The ideal candidate will have experience in general warehouse or logistics operations and be committed to working in a fast-paced and safe environment. As a Courier/Operations Agent, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational tasks, courier activities, and ensuring smooth workflow across the site.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with general operations tasks including freight recovery, sorting, scanning, etc.
* Covering courier driver routes when required (Mondays and Fridays)
* Supporting shift coverage during leave periods or operational peaks
Qualifications:
* MR License preferred but not essential
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work flexibly, including covering different duties and shifts when required
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable and safety-conscious attitude
