Key Responsibilities
 * Providing technical support via phone, email, or remote desktop sessions
 * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues on Windows and Linux platforms

 * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
 * 1+ year of experience in IT service desk support or a related field
 * Fault investigation and triaging experience
 * Strong knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 7, and Linux OS platforms
 * Experience with Office 365 corporate IT environments
 * Active Directory and Exchange administration familiarity
You will also need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong customer service mindset.
