The Radiologist at Lakes Radiology will operate as the sole on-site radiologist within a clinically supported larger radiology group. This role provides end-to-end diagnostic imaging services, including reporting across Mammography, CT, ultrasound and X-ray, as well as performing image-guided procedures and providing clinical consultation to referrers. Despite being a single-radiologist site, the position is strongly supported by a broader team of specialist radiologists, sub-specialists, and remote reporting colleagues to ensure workload balance, peer review, and subspecialty input.
The role plays a key part in maintaining timely access to diagnostic imaging for a growing regional community, while contributing to strong referrer relationships within the Lake Macquarie region.
