Key Responsibilities
* Act as the Account Manager for one of the team's largest clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and expanding the breadth and depth of work by acting as a true business partner.
* Collaborate closely with the Head of Disputes & Litigation to grow and enhance the practice group, acquiring and retaining clients that meet the firm's ideal profile.
* Lead a small team that supports the delivery of legal work and outcomes for clients.
* Work collaboratively with team members across Disputes & Litigation and other teams within the firm.
* Manage client retention, engaging and nurturing relationships, improving reporting and demonstrating value generated by the engagement.
* Support the team in achieving strategic goals and targets in line with the firm's strategic plan.
* Adopt and embrace technology tools to deliver work more efficiently and cost‐effectively.
* Participate in client acquisition and retention strategies and activities on behalf of the team.
Other Responsibilities
* Mentor and support team members, providing clear, constructive feedback and maintaining consistent quality and style.
* Contribute to the review and improvement of service offerings, ways of working, proposals, knowledge sharing and technology use.
* Assist in onboarding new team members.

* Use data, reporting and workflows to drive performance and client outcomes.
* Continuously improve processes and identify opportunities for automation and innovation.

About You
* 10+ years of post‐qualification experience in civil litigation.
* Experience in general debt and asset recovery litigation across all state and federal courts.
* Experience working with national clients on recovery matters, including enforcement action.
* Experience in insolvency litigation, including winding‐ups and creditor's petitions.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging key clients.
* Comfortable with technology‐enabled legal environments and open to adopting new tools and platforms.
* Experience supervising, mentoring and coaching junior or graduate lawyers.
