What are we looking for?

Join our National Work and Road team in Dandenong. We are seeking an experienced plaintiff lawyer with ideally 2-5+ post admission experience.

You will work within a team that specialises in Personal Injury Law, predominately a practice of Workers Compensation and Motor Vehicle Accident files. You can expect to take complete ownership of a file load, establish good solid working relationships with your colleagues and have the support of a superior National team. This is a true opportunity to develop your skills.

Day to day duties will include:

- management of a file load
- liaising with clients in an empathetic manner
- preparing legal correspondence
- providing clear, practical and concise legal and commercial advice to clients
- continually exploring new opportunities for your practice and developing new business

- previous experience as a plaintiff person injury lawyer
- demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management;
- ability to exercise judgement & resolve problems expeditiously & satisfactorily
- superior organisational skills
- ability to work autonomously as well as within a team environment.
