Your Role:
* Supporting residents with all aspects of daily living while promoting independence and dignity
* Providing minimal personal care as required
* Assisting with domestic tasks including cooking and cleaning
* Encouraging participation in household routines and skill development
* Supporting emotional regulation and wellbeing
* Maintaining clear, accurate documentation
* Working collaboratively within a team to ensure consistent support practices
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or intellectual disabilities
* Strong, clear verbal communication skills
* Empathetic, patient, and open-minded approach
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations
* Reliable and able to work effectively within a team
* Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and valid First Aid & CPR Certificate
* Relevant qualifications (Cert IV in Disability or equivalent experience) preferred
