Responsibilities
* Create genuine first impressions through every call and booking
* Build strong relationships with guests, VIPs and corporate clients
* Work closely with the hotel team to deliver seamless, memorable stays
* Balance admin excellence with commercial focus to drive results
* Turn enquiries into confirmed experiences
* Support Front Office operations and work as one team to deliver smooth, consistent guest experiences
About You / Qualifications
* Full Australian working rights (no sponsorship is offered)
* Committed to high-standard of service and driven to succeed in hospitality industry
* Knowledge of hotel property management systems
* Previous experience in reservations/sales/hotels
* Positive attitude, resilient, and effective communication
* Confident telephone manner and tech-saavy
