Senior Town Planner
$80 - $100 p/h + Super
Minimum 5 years experience in a Town Planning/DA Planner position or similar
Local government experience will be highly regarded
Town Planner
$65 - $75 p/h + Super
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a Town Planning/DA Planner position or similar
Local government experience will be highly regarded
Responsibilities
Evaluate proposals to ensure compliance with local environmental plans (LEPs), development control plans (DCPs), and the NSW planning legislation.
Provide recommendations and reports for council decision-making or delegated approvals.
Consult with residents, developers, government agencies, and other stakeholders on planning matters.
