Permanent Customer Service Officer
About The Role
My client is an Australian leader in the flooring manufacturing and supply industry Due to experiencing growth we are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join the small and close-knit customer service team based in Truganina.
Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm
Working onsite
You Will Be Responsible For
Receiving and responding to all customer enquiries via phone and email
Creating and rescheduling of jobs
Accurately entering orders for various flooring types (timber, laminate, vinyl, carpet, or tile) into the CRM system
Monitoring purchase orders
Checking of inventory levels & stock
Maintaining customer and equipment details within the internal database
Assisting trade customers with pricing tiers, credit limit inquiries, and invoice discrepancies
Tracking of jobs and following up on quotes
To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have
