National Growth Manager - Consumer (Residential) Sydney-based | Leadership Role | Property Risk & Title Insurance

The Opportunity
The National Growth Manager - Consumer will lead the growth strategy for the residential channel nationally.
This is a key leadership position driving adoption of title insurance across the legal, conveyancing, and mortgage sectors.
The role combines strategic planning with hands-on sales execution, providing clear direction to a motivated team while cultivating senior relationships with partners across the property ecosystem.
Success will be measured by expanding market share, strengthening brand awareness, and achieving significant growth in residential policy uptake over the next three years.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the national residential sales and growth strategy.
Manage, coach, and empower a small team of business development professionals to achieve national sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with law firms, conveyancers, lenders, aggregators, and referral networks.
Promote the benefits of title insurance to professional audiences, driving awareness and policy adoption.
Identify new market opportunities and partnership models to accelerate growth.
Represent the business at industry events, forums, and client engagements as a thought leader in property risk solutions.
Partner cross-functionally with product, underwriting, and marketing teams to refine go-to-market strategies and enhance customer experience.
Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure visibility of performance and outcomes.
About You
Extensive experience in sales leadership, business development, or client relationship management within property, financial services, or legal/conveyancing sectors.
Strong commercial acumen and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to professional audiences.
Experience delivering on growth targets and influencing at a senior level.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach.
Comfortable operating both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Strong people leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate a high-performing sales team.
Qualifications
Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, law, or related field (highly regarded).
5+ years' experience in property law, financial services, or B2B sales to professional audiences.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer orientation.
Remuneration
Competitive Base Salary + performance bonus Additional benefits commensurate with seniority and experience
