_The Role
An opportunity has become available for an Administration Manager (Medicine) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 12 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.
You will
Actively contribute, in partnership with the Director Administration Services, to the financial management of all administration within the Division
Support the successful completion of projects in a complex clinical environment in line with Queensland Health Project Management methodologies that will enable informed decisions by various Governance and Executive committees
Lead and promote the transformation of workplace efficiencies and digital modernisation, ensuring the administrative functions continue to enhance service delivery within the systems used every day
Develop and communicate service delivery information to promote engagement, ownership, commitment to services standards and performance accountability to large teams of administration staff
About you
To be successful in this position you will require:
Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Hepatitis B
Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed
Criminal History Screening will be required for new employees (GCH will cover cost)

Base salary ranging from $121 360 - $129 998 per annum
