Job Title: Office Assistant


About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to assist with general office duties and reception work. The successful candidate will be required to work independently at times, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a high level of customer service.


Key Responsibilities

* Providing administrative support to the team
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Responding to phone inquiries and correspondence
* Assisting with events and projects as needed


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

* General office skills and experience
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High level of organizational and time management skills


What We Offer

This is a regular commitment of more than 6 months, requiring availability on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Training will be provided through an induction program, with ongoing on-the-job experience.
