About you:
We are seeking an experienced florist who can help create beautiful floral arrangements, hampers and florist kits while also supporting our customers when online orders need attention or troubleshooting. The key to success is being solutions-oriented: thinking on your feet, resolving issues with confidence and going the extra mile to ensure every customer receives a consistently brilliant experience.
You will be a skilled florist critical to the production of beautiful arrangements to our specifications. You will be responsible for supporting the management of the Floral Studio's demand and efficiently and effectively producing floral arrangements and supporting the team in creating hampers and florist kits in readiness for delivery.
But wait – there is more. The opportunity we have available allows an experienced florist to extend their customer service experience in our customer support centre. While no previous support centre experience is required, some exposure to customer service and/or floristry will be highly regarded. What matters most is your energy, curiosity, willingness to learn and genuine interest in working in the floral industry. Training will be provided across both the floristry and customer service aspects of the role.
You'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment while building valuable communication, problem-solving, teamwork and customer service. Every day brings something different, and your contribution will directly impact the quality of the products we deliver and the emotional connections we create for our customers.
What We're Looking For
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
* Friendly, proactive and passionate about learning new skills in both floristry and customer service
* Reliable, flexible and comfortable working both as part of a team and independently
* Strong with attention to detail, time management skills and prioritising tasks
* Someone who naturally steps in to solve problems and enjoys troubleshooting when things go wrong
* Comfortable with computers. Experience with the Google Suite, POS systems or admin tasks is desirable but not essential
* Confident in communicating with customers, including over the phone
* A team player who contributes to a positive team environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service
* Previous customer service or retail exposure is welcomed
* Available at our peak periods, including Valentines Day, Mothers Day and Christmas.
