Due to continued growth, we're looking for an Assistant Property Manager / Field Officer to support our Property Management team. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys being out on the road, has a strong eye for detail, and wants to build a long-term career in real estate.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting our Property Managers by taking ownership of routine inspections and field-based tasks, including:
* Coordinating and scheduling routine inspections across portfolios
* Attending routine inspections and preparing clear, detailed reports
* Identifying maintenance issues and entering follow-up tasks for Property Managers
* Monitoring compliance
* Communicating professionally with tenants and the PM team
* Supporting Property Managers with portfolio coverage during leave
* Using industry platforms including Ailo and Inspect Real Estate with full training provided
* Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks to keep portfolios running smoothly
What You Won't Be Doing
Because this is a true support role:
* No full portfolio responsibility
* No unrealistic workloads
* No being left to figure things out on your own

* QLD Certificate of Registration
* QLD Driver's Licence
* Enjoyment of being out in the field and on the road
