Accounts and Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Management: Assist with accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and reconciliations.
* Outstanding Payments: Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collections.
* Purchase Orders: Process purchase orders, verify supplier invoices, and coordinate payments.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
* Record Keeping: Maintain organized records and filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
* Audits: Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation.
* Workflow Coordination: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts management, administration, or a similar role.
* Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Experience using Pronto would be advantageous.
* Personal Qualities: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in both financial and administrative tasks.
* Cultural Fit: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, suppliers, and customers. A proactive and problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Tech Skills: Familiarity with ERP systems or other financial management tools.
