About Our Organisation
We are seeking a Men's Behaviour Change Coordinator, Design and Implementation to join our team. This role will involve designing and implementing a Men's Behaviour Change Program (MBCP) within our Community Services Unit.
The MBCP Coordinator will lead the design of a person-centred, trauma-informed, evidence-based program aligned with the Northern Territory Minimal Standards for Declared Domestic Family Violence programs.
The designed program must provide a culturally safe environment where self-determination of participants is upheld.
* Key Responsibilities:
* A tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Community Development, Aboriginal Health Practitioner, Psychology, or Public Health.
* A minimum 3-5 years' experience in primary healthcare systems or social determinants programs.
* Evidence of participatory and narrative approaches in health, research, and organisational change.
* An established track record of complex project management in community-controlled health settings and a willingness to listen deeply and respond to community needs.
* Demonstrated ability to lead organisational change through effective team leadership and management.
* Proven ability to collect, analyse, and report community-driven data.
* National Police Records Check and Working with Children's Clearance.
* A current Northern Territory Driver's License.
