Are you a highly organised administrator with strong coordination skills and experience managing complex travel bookings? We're looking for a motivated Administration & Events Coordinator to join a supportive and fast-paced team on a temporary contract (6–12 weeks, with the potential for extension). This role will see you providing vital administrative support while assisting with the coordination of upcoming trainings, tradeshows, and business events. You'll be working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all logistics run smoothly and deadlines are met.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing and booking large-scale domestic and international flights and accommodation.

• Providing day-to-day administrative support across the team.

• Assisting with the organisation and delivery of training sessions, conferences, and tradeshows.

• Coordinating schedules, documents, and event materials.

• Ensuring deadlines are met through excellent time management and attention to detail.

About You:

We're seeking someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys keeping things running seamlessly behind the scenes. To succeed in this role, you will bring -

• Proven experience in managing complex travel arrangements.

• A strong administration background, ideally with exposure to event coordination.

• Previous Executive Assistant experience would be highly regarded (but not essential).

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

• A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive team attitude.
