The Role
A great opportunity for a results-driven digital marketer looking to build something special with us. With a strong organisational commitment to digital transformation, there will be opportunities to work across a variety of digital platforms and build new capabilities for demand generation, retention, and growth.
YOUR DAYS WILL INVOLVE :
* Building, executing, and optimising integrated digital marketing campaigns across all owned, earned, and paid platforms.
* Supporting the continuous integration of digital marketing with internal systems and software (e.g., integrations with CMS, CRM, eDM platforms, client, and reporting infrastructure).
* End to end Dynamics CRM Marketing app adoption support; integrating with systems, creating rules, setting up branded eDM templates, developing internal usage guidelines, list building, segmentation, creating automated journeys, and reporting setup.
* Reporting, administration, continuous improvement, and optimal use of marketing automation platforms.
* Visualising the weekly top-line and monthly deep dive into key performance data, insights, documenting actionable recommendations, and initiatives back to the broader team.
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT YOU
Essential
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related business discipline preferred
* Solid experience in a digital marketing role, or similar
* Strong experience in website migration planning, execution, testing and QA.
* Hands-on implementation experience in GA4, Google tag manager, Google search console, with excellent reporting skills
* Solid experience in web to CRM integration
* Proficient with CMS platforms: e.g., Sitefinity, WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore
* Proficient with marketing automation platforms: e.g., Dynamics 365, Marketo, HubSpot
* HTML & CSS knowledge
* Demonstrable experience increasing website CRO via SEO techniques, SEM campaigns, UX UI best practice implementation
