The role entails assisting with personal care, delivering tailored support, helping with daily living activities, and providing companionship and emotional support. The successful candidate will promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity by offering personalised care tailored to each individual's needs.
Key responsibilities include assisting with bathing, grooming, showering, and dressing, preparing meals and light housekeeping, mobility and hygiene support, transporting clients to appointments and social outings, and encouraging independence and enhancing overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities may also include supporting clients with meal preparation, maintaining their personal space, and engaging in leisure activities that promote relaxation and enjoyment.
Additionally, the Support Worker will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for all clients, promoting respect, empathy, and understanding throughout every interaction.
