We’re looking for a highly organised, warm and proactive Personal Assistant & Fundraising Officer to support the CEO and coordinate the operational and administrative backbone of our fundraising activity. This is a pivotal role - part executive support, part donor care, part coordination - where your ability to keep things moving (and people informed) will shine.
PA support to the CEO
* Manage CEO emails, correspondence and general communications
* Coordinate face-to-face and online meetings (including breakout rooms/polls for large groups)
* Arrange travel, flights and accommodation for staff as required
* Prepare regular reporting (including board papers) and support board portal updates
Fundraising coordination & donor care
* Monitor website donations and ensure timely donor follow-up
* Coordinate raffles: tracking, reporting and engagement insights
* Support fundraising campaigns (admin, scheduling, tracking and follow-up)
* Steward bequest relationships and donor connections with warmth and professionalism
* Liaise with Marketing on artwork/collateral and support rollout of fundraising initiatives
Operations & member support
* Respond to member enquiries, field calls and manage shared inboxes
* Support document control processes and ongoing maintenance
* Produce reports as required
* Coordinate internal staff events (resources, facilities, training, speaker logistics)
* Assist with member-facing events (forums/engagements) as needed
