Daisy & Hen began in 2016, and from humble beginnings we have grown into one of Australia's most loved baby & children's multi brand retailers.
Our mission is simple:to create joy- for little people, and those who love them, with colour, curiosity and chaos of the best kind.
We have a network of 5 beautiful stores here in SA, including our Burnside and Marion flagships, plus a thriving online community and a HQ in Mile End.
We deliver exceptional customer experiences and connect deeply with our community. Every product we stock is intentionally curated for function, style and quality. We are proud to be a leading stockist for incredible brands like Jellycat, Tiger Tribe, Huxbaby, Connetix, Olli Ella and 60+ others.

About the Store Manager role:
We are looking forsomeone high energy and values driven to lead our Flagship Marion store with heart, drive and a commitment to our customer experience.
You are ready to own end to end accountability across people, product, process and commercial outcomes all while being part of something bigger.
Day to day you will:
* Lead, coach and inspire an engaged, positive and high performing team culture to deliver exceptional customer experiences, and live our values.
* Build meaningful connections with customers and the Westfield Marion community, fostering loyalty and brand love and delivering exceptional instore customer experiences.
* Maintain a warm and inviting store environment with inspiring visual merchandising and high standards of presentation.
* Stay engaged and maintain a deep knowledge and passion for our brands and products and the broader industry. And educate and inspire your team to do the same
* Manage store operations: maintain stock integrity and accuracy, including stock takes and minimising stock loss, compliance and using data to drive results.
* Manage rosters, time & attendance, team availability, WHS and policy & procedure compliance.
* Contribute to our broader business strategy, be part of our growth and access unique L&D opportunities (quarterly manager conferences, buying trips, industry events, activations and more)
You are someone who is:
* Passionate about delivering authentic and genuine customer experience.

* An experienced heart-led leader, you coach, inspire and develop your team with professionalism and care.

* Accountable, organised and adaptable, you have great attention to detail, plan ahead, can manage competing priorities and take full ownership of store performance.
