Key Responsibilities
As a result of our growth plans and recent private equity investment, we are seeking to appoint a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead and build the finance function. The new CFO will play a critical role in supporting our growth agenda, reporting directly to the CEO and Board.
The CFO will be a Trusted Advisor to the CEO, responsible for building a scalable, high-functioning finance operation to support a multi-site structure. This includes designing and implementing robust commercial reporting, dashboards, internal controls, improving reporting processes, and introducing systems that enable better commercial decision-making.
The CFO will also play a key role in capital planning, strategic analysis, and supporting M&A activities. You will bring strong commercial acumen and a track record of leading finance functions through periods of transformation.
Prior experience in M&A execution and integration is highly advantageous, as is the ability to work closely with executive leaders, boards, and investors. Financial experience in product, retail, franchise, or multi-site sectors would be highly desirable.
