About the Role
T2's Cluster Manager is part of the retail leadership team within the designated region, directly responsible for the P&L performance of the T2 retail store portfolio. The role involves coaching and mentoring store managers and teams, executing the T2 retail strategy, ensuring brand representation at the highest level, and developing a culture of excellence in customer service that delivers a seamless customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver budgeted sales & EBIT.
* Manage day‐to‐day store operations, including rostering, visual merchandising, deliveries and stock.
* Embed the T2 Values, building a team of engaged product and brand ambassadors.
* Drive exceptional customer service, increasing satisfaction and loyalty.
* Achieve budgeted sales, wage targets and manage other controllable costs.
* Ensure compliance with T2 policies, processes and guidelines from the Line Manager and Support Office.
* Identify and motivate the team's development needs to drive future succession.
* Lead the team to deliver customer excellence in all facets of store operations.
* Bring a background in retail management, a passion for the brand, commercial awareness and a focus on delivering positive results.
* Exhibit strong communication and time‐management skills.
