About the Role
The Clinical Application Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing our scientific arm and driving the scaling up of the scientific dialogue on our products. This individual will also be responsible for enhancing engagement with key customers in the region, working closely with the Zonal Sales Manager, North.
This position is part of the Sales function located in Lucknow and will operate in a remote setup covering UP & Uttarakhand. We aim to improve global healthcare with reliable, fast, and easy patient diagnoses.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Lead product demonstrations across the region, ensuring compliance with demo standard process guidelines, organizing demo feedback sessions with end users, solving queries, and providing clarifications.
* Conduct joint sales visits for Strategic Accounts with Sales Representatives after identifying high-potential sales opportunities.
* Work strategically with the Zonal Sales Manager to position our solutions in new/adjacent markets and explore new applications of our solutions to cater to those markets.
* Drive win-against-competition programs focusing on competitor replacements by selecting one competitor per quarter.
* Drive client engagement for the region and collaborate with Key Accounts.
* Address clinical queries of end users within defined turnaround times, possibly reaching out to experts in other zones in India or internationally.
* Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a network of Key Users.
* Build scientific capacity for the products and their applications for the zonal sales and service team.
* Educational qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Science or MBA with a functional background in the Healthcare & Diagnostics landscape in India.
* 5 years of experience in clinical and application roles within a Medical Devices or Diagnostic company.
* Post-Graduate in Science (specializations: Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomedical; Ph.D. preferred; fresh medical doctors can also apply).
