Makibe Australia are currently seeking a Part time HR & Payroll Assistant to join our client’s team in Ingleburn on a casual/part-time basis.
This is a fantastic chance for someone looking to gain hands-on HR and payroll experience, or for an experienced payroll professional looking for flexible part-time work.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll processing using Sybiz Visipay and ADP
Payroll filing and record keeping
Preparing spreadsheets and end-of-month payroll reports
Reception duties and front-of-house support
Assisting HR with day-to-day administrative tasks
About You
Ideally enrolled in a HR-related course and seeking practical, on-the-job experience
OR experienced in payroll and looking for a part-time opportunity
Solid attention to detail with proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel)
Organised, personable, and able to manage multiple tasks
Confident communicator with a proactive approach
