As a seasoned technologies professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way our community connects and collaborates.
* Design and implement user-centric digital workplace services to facilitate seamless connections among staff and students;
* Manage and optimize key technologies to support learning, teaching, and operations across the organization;
* Lead and contribute to projects that introduce and integrate new technologies, working with vendors and partners, shaping internal processes, and driving efficiency;
* Act as a trusted technical expert, always seeking ways to enhance service delivery, improve digital experiences, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

* Strong technical knowledge in digital workplace tech, especially Microsoft 365, AV systems, endpoint tools, and productivity apps, ideally with experience in a complex environment;
* A creative and curious mindset with a knack for solving complex problems and designing smart, people-focused tech solutions;
* Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive for Business, with hands-on experience setting up virtual meeting spaces, Teams Rooms, and integrating third-party services to elevate collaboration;
* A collaborative approach and the confidence to work across teams to deliver secure, compliant, and seamless M365 services that support how we work and connect;
* A sharp eye for new tools and technologies that enhance what Microsoft 365 can do and the experience to bring them into play in a way that makes sense for users.
