As a Reservations Team Leader, you’ll be the first connection in a guest’s journey — ensuring every detail of their booking is seamless, professional, and personal. From FIT to group bookings, you’ll play a vital role in creating memorable moments before guests even arrive.

The Reservations Team Leader plays a key role in delivering commercial results, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. You will support the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Portfolio Revenue Manager in inventory management and reservations department oversight.
Your Day-to-Day:
* Manage guest and group booking enquiries with accuracy and care
* Maintain rate loading, market segmentation, and inventory balance daily
* Monitor and act on pending HOTSOS tasks to support operational flow
* Ensure corporate, FIT, and wholesale rates are accurate across all systems
* Stay informed on hotel offers, restaurant hours, and event space requirements
* Coordinate with Sales, Front Office, and Housekeeping to ensure smooth guest experiences
* Support the annual rate audit process with insights and data accuracy
* Share best practices and assist in training team members as needed
What You’ll Bring:
