Job Overview:
The role of a Mine Support And Development Leader is to oversee mine development activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
* Safety culture promotion: Lead and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring all contract partner activities comply with statutory, site, and company safety standards.
* Risk management: Oversee risk management processes relating to mine development activities, including hazard identification, critical control verifications, incident response, and corrective actions.
* Contract lifecycle management: Manage the full lifecycle of the contract, including scope interpretation, compliance monitoring, reporting, and claims management.
