Videographer with Expertise in Real Estate Content
We are seeking an experienced videographer with a strong background in capturing real estate content. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to produce high-quality videos that showcase properties in the best possible light.
The successful applicant will be responsible for capturing stunning visuals of properties, using a combination of traditional camera techniques and drone technology. They will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to our clients, working closely with them to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial properties, and to develop your skills in video production and editing. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about creating high-quality content that showcases the best of real estate.

Requirements:
• Sony full-frame camera
• Lenses: 16-35mm or similar and 50mm lens
• A gimbal compatible with the camera, capable of vertical filming, and equipped with the necessary brackets
• Wireless lapel mic such as Sony, Rode or DJI
• A DJI Mini 3, Mini 4, Air 3 or Mavic 3 (minimum requirement)
Desirable skills and qualifications:
• Experience in drone videography for Real Estate or similar
• Experience in drone photography is not essential but the applicant must be willing to be trained and take on photography jobs as needed
• Experience in using gimbals to shoot real estate-style videos or similar content that showcases spaces (e.g., event videos capturing venues)
• Prior experience filming events such as seminars or workshops, with a focus on clean audio and strong composition
