The exciting opportunity
* Manage all kitchen operations at our gorgeous 134 bed aged care facility
* Lead, direct, inspire and nurture a team of 10–15 Cooks and Kitchen Hands
* Consult with Dietitians and Speech Pathologists to design menus that are appetising and align with residents' needs and choices
* Manage costs, effectively control stock and identify efficiencies to meet budget
* Encourage feedback to achieve continuous improvements
* Remain involved in food preparation, cooking and presentation

About you
* Proven track record as a Chef Manager, ideally in residential aged care
* Experienced and hands‑on leader who is passionate about developing, nurturing and teaching staff to achieve a culture of teamwork and success
* Superb communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, and views feedback as an opportunity to improve
* NDIS Worker Screening Check and Influenza vaccination (or willing to obtain)
* Unlimited working rights in Australia
