They seek a strategic and experienced Human Resources Lead to head up their HR function and drive people-focused initiatives aligned with the company’s operational goals. This is a full-time position, based in Sydney. The Head of Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for managing all aspects of the company’s people-related functions. This role is critical in developing and executing strategic HR initiatives that align with their fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that support the organisation's vision, mission, and values. Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention efforts. HR Operations: Manage all HR functions, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and performance management. HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict, and foster a positive work environment. HR Team Leadership: Lead and develop the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support. Strategic Partnerships: Partner with other departments to align HR initiatives with business objectives. Data Analysis and Reporting: Use HR data to identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and measure the effectiveness of HR programs. Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field Proven experience as HR Lead within a successful corporation within in civil infrastructure construction.
