You'll be working side‐by‐side with our Reception Manager, forming a tight, collaborative duo that anchors the entire client experience. Together, you'll ensure every guest is welcomed warmly, every appointment runs smoothly, and the salon operates with the professionalism and polish our brand is known for. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive team environment and enjoys contributing to a high‐performing front‐of‐house operation.
What You'll Be Doing
* Welcoming every client with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
* Managing calls, emails, and messages while coordinating appointments with precision
* Processing payments and handling transactions accurately
* Motivating and supporting the team to achieve targets and earn bonuses
* Maintaining retail stock levels and ensuring the reception area always looks immaculate
* Driving retail sales by offering expert advice on hair, skin, and grooming products
* Providing administrative support to keep the salon running smoothly
* Using your hairdressing/colour knowledge to support the team and enhance client service
* Assisting with marketing, promotions, and client engagement initiatives
Who We're Looking For
* A qualified hairdresser with colour experience who wants to step into a new kind of role
* A Certificate III or IV in Hairdressing is a minimum requirement to apply
* Sponsorship will only be considered after a minimum of 3 months of employment *
* A genuine team player who enjoys working closely with others
* Highly organised with strong time‐management abilities
* Confident using POS systems and basic office software
* Detail‐oriented, reliable, and committed to excellence
* Passionate about the hair, beauty, and grooming industry
* A natural people‐person who thrives in a busy, high‐end environment
* Skills in social media marketing are highly valued, with opportunities to contribute creatively and expand your role
