Want to work directly with the founder of Inside Gold Coast / Infomaps, one of the region’s most well-known media and advertising brands?
We’re looking for a highly organised, switched-on person to support both sales and day-to-day execution across the fast-moving media and advertising business.
This is not your typical PA role.
You’ll be right in the middle of the action helping turn ideas, conversations and client relationships into real revenue.
About the role
No two days look the same here. One minute you might be pulling together a proposal, the next you’re chasing a deal, organising meetings or helping bring a big idea to life.
You’ll work closely with the founder and play a key role in keeping things moving behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:
* Drafting proposals, pricing and client emails
* Sending contracts and following up deals
* Handling inbound enquiries and email-based sales
* Keeping the sales pipeline organised and moving
* Coordinating meetings and prepping briefs
* Managing inbox and calendar
What we’re looking for
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator (over email and phone)
* Proactive and not afraid to take initiative
* Comfortable following people up and keeping things on track
* Able to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
* You’ve likely worked in admin, sales support, media, or a fast-paced business before
* You’re energetic, positive and proactive — someone who brings good energy, takes initiative, and enjoys being around people.
* You don’t wait to be told what to do — you get stuck in and figure things out.
