As Assistant Company Secretary & Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will ensure the EML group remains compliant, informed, and well-organised. Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting board and committee meetings
* Managing company filings
* Keeping government agencies up to date on regulatory changes
