Role Summary
This role will deliver training, support and development to new lenders, focusing on performance objectives through targeted growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide Local Support: Offer tailored guidance to new lenders, helping them achieve performance goals and exceed expectations.
2. On-Demand Coaching: Provide coaching to new and experienced lenders who require assistance in achieving lending objectives and targets.
3. Tech Gap Identification: Identify technical gaps across the lending team, developing solutions in partnership with regional managers.
4. Policies and Procedures Alignment: Drive alignment to operating policies and procedures, ensuring seamless execution.
Your Background:
1. Lending Experience: A proven track record in lending, banking sales or credit assessment, coupled with knowledge of banking regulations and practices.
2. Coching Skills: Demonstrated coaching skills within a fast-paced banking environment, yielding tangible results.
3. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective stakeholder engagement and relationship building.
4. Facilitating Growth: Able to facilitate group discussions, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
