What We're Looking For
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role at a quality venue
* Relevant qualifications in wine or hospitality
* Strong knowledge of wine, food, and beverage service
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and goals
* Experience with systems and procedures for efficient operations
* Full understanding of RSA requirements and compliance
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Full Australian working rights
* Availability for night and weekend shifts
* Immediate start preferred
Key Responsibilities
* Support and lead a high-performing team
* Manage rosters within budget
* Train and develop staff to uphold service standards
* Assist in planning and delivering events and functions
* Conduct stocktakes and manage wine list orders
* Provide professional service and resolve customer issues effectively
* Oversee bookings and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism
