Your New Role
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Operations Co-ordinator to support end-to-end supply chain performance across the ANZ region.
This role is responsible for maintaining order fulfilment performance and ERP system integrity across Planning, Logistics, and Sales Operations. You will ensure timely transaction processing, resolve discrepancies, coordinate freight activities, and protect service level outcomes.
You will also monitor operational KPIs, identify performance gaps, and support process improvements, and reporting enhancements that drive efficiency, cost control, and service reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
Logistics
* Oversee inbound delivery records within ERP systems
* Perform inventory reconciliations between 3PL and ERP, resolving subsequent discrepancies
* Support short shipment claims and consignment variance processing
* Assist in maintaining stable inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Sales Operations
* Manage end-to-end processing of customer purchase orders (EDI and manual)
* Process Return Authorisations (RAs)
* Provide timely responses to customer enquiries
* Deliver customer reporting (e.g., DIFOT, in-transit reports) in line with SLAs
* Maintain SOPs and customer system mappings
Planning
* Assist in stock allocations and Reservation Sales Orders (RSOs) as directed by Planners.
* Support monthly excess and scrap reviews with Planning leads.
* Prepare and distribute a variety of planning reports
Process & Innovation Focus
* Identify and implement process optimisation opportunities
* Support automation and system improvement initiatives
* Leverage technology and AI tools to enhance reporting, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency
* Contribute to continuous improvement and operational scalability initiatives
You'll bring:
* Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or Operations Administration
* ERP experience (Oracle preferred)
* Strong Excel and reporting capability
* Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship management skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
