The organisation operates across multiple locations, including Melbourne and Brisbane and this role can be based in either location, with flexibility to work from the office

Your new role
As the Business Analyst in a permanent role, you'll sit at the heart of digital delivery, shaping requirements, driving agile ways of working and ensuring solutions hit the mark. This is a hands‑on, fast‑moving role where you'll work across automation, integration and data uplift initiatives, collaborating closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Integration Engineers and Power Platform Engineers.
You will:
* Run workshops and translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements
* Drive agile ceremonies and support backlog management (Scrum Master skills welcome)
* Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and high‑level solution concepts
* Work closely with technical teams across automation, integration, and data
* Support UAT, testing, defect triage, and rollout readiness
* Keep stakeholders aligned, informed, and moving forward
* Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve delivery flow
What you'll need to succeed
* Business Analyst experience in digital or technical environments
* Strong requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation skills
* Experience working in agile delivery and facilitating ceremonies
* Ability to translate business concepts into technical language
* Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders and competing priorities
* Exposure to automation, integration, or data projects (highly regarded)
* Bonus: Light Scrum Master experience or the confidence to guide delivery rhythm
