About this role
We are seeking a skilled Promotions Coordinator to join our team. As a Promotions Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing collaborative business plans, driving the implementation of promotional claims processes for all major suppliers, and leveraging category data to drive sales growth through effective collaboration with category and marketing teams.
Main responsibilities
* Load and maintain promotional programs in our systems for our retailers, ensuring alignment with business plans and collaborating with business managers and National Account Managers to reflect updates.
* Process groups monthly rebate and promotional invoice payments in a timely manner, working closely with our Global Business Services team, and manage customer queries.
* Assist with claim deduction offsetting for our key customers, including strategic channels like Costco, Aldi, and Sigma.
* Create new vendors and maintain customer data updates.
* Support pricing checks and amendments for our major retailers.
* Analyze data to identify opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, streamlining processes through planning, organization, and automation.
* Ensure adherence to our Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs, and goals.
