What You'll Bring
* Experience in fleet or logistics coordination - or transferable skills from accounts payable/accounting in a large, complex business.
* Confident communication skills - comfortable liaising with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
* Strong tech skills - MS Office and fleet management systems; familiarity with PO creation, invoice processing, vendor management is highly regarded.
* Exceptional organisational ability and attention to detail - nothing slips through the cracks.
What You'll Be Doing
* Coordinating day-to-day fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and on the road.
* Managing servicing, repairs, registrations, insurance, and replacements.
* Overseeing procurement, maintenance, and disposal of fleet assets.
* Maintaining accurate records of vehicles, drivers, costs, and compliance.
* Partnering with suppliers to improve cost efficiency, reliability, and performance.
