About the Role:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will work closely with clients' businesses and our technology practices to identify, propose, and sell cutting-edge solutions that help them succeed in their respective markets.
The role reports into the Client Partner for this business segment and is responsible for identifying new opportunities, leveraging global partnerships, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing sales strategies and business growth plans across clients' businesses, focusing on meeting their challenges and goals, and resulting in repeated revenue streams.
2. Serving as a trusted digital technology partner and advisor to clients, engaging with C-suite stakeholders, and collaborating with internal teams onsite and offshore to develop solutions for clients' success.
3. Ensuring the successful and seamless delivery of projects and services within the account.
o They should possess strong knowledge and understanding of industry trends affecting life sciences and healthcare companies.
o A strong business acumen with a focus on growth and expansion is also essential.
o Candidates must be passionate about technology and focused on new-age digital solutions, including cloud, analytics, customer experience, data, and automation.
o Experience working with diverse teams to design winning proposals and contract negotiations is highly desirable.
o The ability to establish lasting relationships across all levels of businesses is crucial.
