Sales Director
As a Sales Director, you will play a vital role in driving sales and profit goals for your department. Your primary objective will be to create a plan that ensures the delivery of an exceptional customer experience in line with store standards. This involves building and leading a high-performing team that is committed to excellence.
To achieve this, you will need to regularly analyze and follow up on sales and profit KPIs for your department. In collaboration with visual merchandisers, you will develop strategies to maximize sales and drive revenue growth.
Your responsibilities will also include driving the Hello Member program in line with country goals, ensuring your department consistently meets H&M standards, and implementing the Commercial Handbook with your visual team.
You will be responsible for evaluating and managing the performance of your team, providing regular feedback, conducting performance development reviews, and creating development plans to improve their skills and knowledge.
Additionally, you will work closely with your team to build a talent pipeline that supports the business and store needs.
